Welcome to our 6-week Spring Challenge, designed to reinvigorate your regular practice & kickstart the new spring season.

This 6-week challenge includes:

  • Unlimited weekly classes (including our first park yoga of the season - dates TBC)

  • A ticket to one of the special events & workshops being held over the 6 weeks (based on your preference & availability)

  • Discounts to any other events & workshops throughout the challenge

  • A bingo card to play for several amazing prizes

Spring Challenge yoga bingo

Every Spring Challenger will receive a bingo card to fill out during the 6 weeks.

The first 5 people to win bingo will get to choose from the below prizes - donated by gorgeous local businesses - while every challenge participant to reach bingo will go in the draw to win a 10 class pass to the studio.

Cost

$49 per week ($294 upfront or 6 x $49 weekly payments)

Members: $84 (in conjunction with your weekly subscription, which must stay active during the challenge)

Self-Care Sunday

First Sunday of every month
5.30pm - 7pm

Good Culture Club studio

Self-Care Sunday is a monthly event to ground your mind and body before the new week begins.

Immerse yourself in 1.5 hours of blissful yoga flow, restorative stretches, a guided meditation, and savasana designed to leave you feeling rested and calm.

When so much of our daily life leaves us feeling burnt out, anxious and overwhelmed, these self-care sessions provide a soft place to slow down and be present, without any other distractions. Here, you can unwind with good intentions, self-compassion, and a focus on restoring the emotional, physical and energetic body.

All the mats and props you'll need are provided, however you're welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer. Eye masks/pillows are also highly recommended for your meditation and savasana. Beyond that, you can leave everything else - your phone, to-do list, worries, guilt - at home.

We look forward to honouring your wellbeing with a beautifully mindful evening. Self-Care Sunday will take place on the first Sunday of each month.
