About

The beginnings of Good Culture Club

Good Culture Club was born out of a desire to raise the well-being of others in the Mudgee community.

Owner & yoga teacher, Hannah Edensor, moved from Sydney to Mudgee in 2017, hoping to slow things down and get back to the roots of what makes life so magical. Joining a friend for a local yoga class, Hannah found it. The practice of yoga unlocked a very gentle, yet very clear path towards a renewed sense of connection - to herself and to the community.

With each class, this feeling grew, so Hannah jumped wholeheartedly into the 200-hour yoga teacher training with Laura Humphreys in Mudgee. Overcoming nerves to teach her first class, Hannah went on to teach her second and third class, and never looked back.

While yoga has ebbed and flowed in her life in recent years, the Good Culture Club seed has long been planted. The first few weeks of 2023 brought new energy and opportunities, culminating in the Lovejoy Village space. Trusting in this offering, Hannah signed a lease, accepted the support of her beautiful family and Mudgee community, and turned the space into a studio worth sharing.

It’s so lovely to have you here…

A soft place to land

This Good Culture Club yoga studio was designed to be a safe, warm, and grounding space for everyone who steps inside.

Whether you’re brand new to the practice of yoga or you’ve been doing it for decades, this is the place for you. There’s no expectations, no judgements, and no ‘right’ way to feel or move on your mat.

Think of this studio as a soft place to land - a space where you can feel completely at ease, learn what your body and mind needs, and flow in total alignment with your intentions.

We offer a range of classes to suit all levels, as well as modifications to make each class more accessible. Some days, you might need to curl up in child’s pose and surrender to your mat, others you might need to build energy and heat. Whatever you’re feeling, and whatever you need, you’re invited to join us on the mat and find your way home.
